We’re now expanding our team and seeking driven individuals with sales experience to join us with full training in the events fundraising industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales, client relations, and the luxury events sector while travelling the UK and attending unforgettable events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Representing Globexpert Fundraising at prestigious charity events nationwide — elegant black-tie dinners, glittering award ceremonies, luxury balls, and high-profile fundraisers.

  • Engaging with guests and clients to deliver exceptional service and support fundraising goals.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships both on-site and remotely.

  • Working from our vibrant Towcester office (for training and team collaboration), from home, and on the road for events.

  • Developing your expertise through our comprehensive training programme - no prior events fundraising experience required.
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience (call centre, B2B, retail, or field sales).

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

  • A bubbly, confident personality with natural charisma and energy.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, people-focused settings.

  • A team player who is self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn and grow.

  • Full UK driving licence + own car (essential, as you’ll travel to events across the country).

  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for events and willingness to embrace nationwide travel.

Terms:

All successful applicants must own a car and a valid driving licence, both of which are required.

Self-Motivation and being driven are essential to your success.

The right candidates will be flexible and be able to work from home, but also willing to meet with our clients and work from our head office in Towcester for continued training, support, and guidance.

Your duties will involve attending our Charity Black-Tie Gala events and servicing our clients.
